The place is lovely..though it can get quite busy with lots of children playing the various sports.. it is a sporting club.. rooms nice and spacious.. the bathroom could have been better maintained.. overall a positive experience... forgot to mention all staff were very young and it was clear most of them had just started.. and they were all lovely and very helpful
I give only 2 stars and that’s for the location and the gym but for the rest I’m disappointed. The bathroom was not so clean, there was dust inside the room and outside on the table and chairs in front of the room they were full of dirt. Breakfast was very sad and they refused from the chicken to cook us eggs. Other hotels pet friendly offered at least a bowl for the doggy they didn’t. I’m sorry I know I’m being to much but if I’m paying extra for my dog at least place a bowl in the room, would be nice and appreciated. We did enjoy the walk to the beach after dinner 7/10 min away from the hotel, that was fun. The place is beautiful bc of the surroundings and historic foundations, looks romantic and bc it is a sport club it gives you something fun to do.
Grazie mille to the Staff at La Pineta: great service, very good food and lots of opportunities to do sports. A very nice place for body and soul - before, during and after meetings. Need a quick break? Jump in the pool and/or get a tasty espresso.

Very nice hotel with private pine grove, pool and a big garden with fountains. It has a well equipped gym. The rooms are nice and food very good.
Stayed here for 2 nights after other options in the area were disappointing.
We were so pleased that we decided to extend our stay a further week and base ourselves here to explore Rome and surroundings. Very peaceful.
Trains and busses all linked well, about 4 euros fare to Rome in 40min by train. Coop Supermarket 3min walk away.
Use the Moovit app for public transport info, it's a must.
